As a Cook IV (Cook's Helper), the care you devote to food and workspace preparation will result in the creation of truly spectacular fare. Hourly Rate:  $27.98What you will be doing:Prepare ingredients used by the culinary team including, but not limited to thoroughly cleaning and cutting produceAssembling menu items such as sandwiches and pizzaAssist cooks with garnishing, as neededEnsure overall cleanliness and maintenance of our kitchen exceeds expectationsHave full knowledge of all menu items, garnishes, contents and preparation methodsMaintain a clean workstation and minimize wasteStrive to advance his/her knowledge, skills and abilities and consistently share these with othersAdhere to the State of Hawaii Dept of Health & EHC (Environmental Health Consultancy) food handling safety standardsOrganize time so all side work is completed according to shift demandMaintain atmosphere of aloha spirit by providing engaging, personalized, timely, and efficient service to our discerning guestsSchedule:  Due to the nature of the hospitality industry, employees are required to work varying schedules, including overnight, weekends and holidays, to accommodate the business and demands of the hotel.
